In 2003, the Hong Kong government opened the business sector for electronic exchanging administrations. It honored a permit, the second of two, to GO-Business to outline, execute, work and keep up the front-end arrangement of the Government Electronic Trading Service (GETS). The principal permit had gone to Tradelink, which had delighted in a syndication in the business sector for a long time. GETS was a framework that empowered merchants to submit and apply for exchange reports electronically. As a latecomer in the business sector for a mandatory taxpayer driven organization that had been consumed, GO-Business confronted considerable boundaries in contending with Tradelink. How could GO-Business position itself and what might it be able to do to contend with Tradelink and picked up piece of the pie?
