Recently the freshly appointed director of sales and marketing at CXP, a known publishing company, got informed about an employee’s inappropriate behavior at work. Before being appointed as the director, it was indeed in her knowledge that one of the employee was reported to having sexual relations with one of the clients, she never felt the need to react since she was informed that the president was dealing with the current situation. However on becoming the director, she realizes that the issue was never solved as she could see for herself that this behavior continued as the employee was working directly under her. The issue was of an extensively sensitive nature and this pressurized her to think of the best possible way to handle it. Moreover she thought that this was a unique situation itself as this behavior of the employee was influencing their clients too and that made her realize that this matter could not be afforded to be delayed any further.
