In order to attain maximum attraction, cases must be printed in color. Around early 2000s, Google initiated a new project by the name of Oxygen in which managers were the primary focus. The topic in highlight “do managers matter”, led to an extensive multi-year research project, specifically conducted to make Google employees better managers which eventually led to the identification of eight key management attributes. The program was implemented for several years due to which Google was able to witness measurable improvements in managerial effectiveness and performances. The main challenge was now to formulate a way through which this success could be communicated to the senior leader teams and other constituencies for persistent improvements in the future.
