In January 1994, Igor and Ludmilla Ivanovic opened the entryways of their pastry kitchen, Iggy's Bread of the World. This case depicts their irregular statement of purpose and the route in which they attempt to convey a social cognizance attitude to a revenue driven business. After six years, they have developed past their physical and managerial limit. The Ivanovics must choose how to reconfigure the administration structure of the organization without losing their control over the essentials.
